Yes, electric fillet knives are really good for cleaning fish. But before you purchase one, I would advise to not buy a cordless battery fillet knife. When cleaning hard scaled fish or bony fish, the battery tends to drain quickly. Buy an electric knife that has a direct plug into a power outlet.
