A busy week of fishing with some mixed results, though mostly good!

My week started with Chuck Muller of Pembroke Pines, Florida and Paul Ziegler of New York fishing three half days (all in the mornings) in the C-1, C-4 and C-8 canals. They caught a total of 47 peacock bass up to 7.5 pounds using Blakemore Rooster tailed jigs and floating Rapalas.

The next three days Sam Oliver and his wife Kay of Hughesville, Md fly fished in the C-1, C-8 and L-30 canals and would catch a total of 50 peacock bass and 12 largemouth bass on Clouser Minnows.

I finished the week with Brian White of Addison, Texas and Rufus Littig of South Africa fly fishing in the C-4 canal and they caught 22 peacock bass up to 5 pounds on Clouser Minnows.

A full week ahead!
