Mosquito Lagoon

The large bait pods have found their way to the Lagoon system; both Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon. Look for a strong trout bite early in the morning around the mullet schools. Redfish will be holding in schools early and breaking up into smaller pods as the day goes on, feeding on top of the grass. Both species have been feeding well on live bait and lures all day. My go-to bait has been the Aqua Dream Spoon as the sun gets higher in the sky.
