I tried to follow up on a topic that ran 10 minutes ago but I could not find it again. It had to do with the proposal for a mega cruise ship terminal based on the NW side of the Skyway.

Since the newer, larger cruise ships cannot pass under the Skyway, here is what County Commissioner Christ proposed:
"Hillsborough County Commissioner Victor Crist proposes to solve both problems in what amounts to a major league trade: St. Petersburg lets the Rays go to Hillsborough in return for the cruise ship business."

I brought this subject up with Capt Mike on the Reel Animals show a week and a half ago.
