So I don't keep fish often, and really hate filleting them, but decided to keep a trout today. I'm filleting it and notice little while sacks in it, I have seen them many times before and figured they were fat sacks or something, well I squeezed one and out shot a white string. I poked it and it wiggled, so I guess this is what a worm looks like.
I've eaten tons of fish in my life with these same types of worms, am I going to die? Lol.
Seriously though are there any problems with eating them after they have been cooked? How do you guys handle them?
