In the Tampa Trib today......swimming is now allowed at Ben T. Davis, Cypress Point, Picnic Island, Bahia Beach, and Simmons Park.

It is amazing to see the water and it is good that they track it. There are many scientific things that one could argue local and state government can justify paying to track. Paying commercial companies to track, actually. If the government treated our money like we do, and actually bid out based on price and qualifications and community we could get things like that tracked and tracked very efficiently and for probably one tenth the current cost.

I am on this small government kick these days. I am scared they are gonna make me fish with cane poles if we do not watch out. Or worse yet fly rods.
