That is insane. There have been a lot of cuda running the sandbars. 4 to 5 feet long. I usually don't have a problem with them going after my tarpon or snook. But that makes me think twice!!! Great video Capt!!

Several years ago, maybe more, there was video footage of a woman on a fishing trip where a cuda launched just like this and struck her in the neck. Freak accident but if I remember correctly she damn near bled to death.

Wow! its like a rocket...

Saw a Tarpon jump in a boat by the Seven Mile Bridge, it was maybe 100 pounder. Both guys in the little open fisherman bailed out into the water. The tarpon tore their little boat up pretty good.
