TOPIC: Towing/Trailering Tip

Towing/Trailering Tip 11 months 2 weeks ago #27966

Good tip for the fisherman whom tows their precious boat to their local boat ramp to travel out to there favorite fishing hole.

Carry along a spare trailer hub kit.
They only cost $25 -$45 each and come in a plastic carrying case, and are bolt on ready to go in case of an emergency.
Simply remove your old hub and replace with this pre-assembled and pre-greased hub. Comes with dust cap, cotter pin and wheel nuts.

I keep two of these on hand at all times in my truck.

Much cheaper and less hassle than trying to find a repair shop when your trailer is broke on the side of the road.

Remember it's best to be prepared! Just like having an extra propeller on hand.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -Doug Larson
