We fished 55 miles offshore Saturday while drifting within 75 ft of my jug someone decided to come an anchor on it. As i pulled up to his boat an said are you kidding me he then proceeds to tell me i don't own the ocean an he can fish where he wants.I pulled my jug after having a pleasant chat with him an then trimmed up my engines an soaked the hole damn boat. Don't think he ill do that to anyone again.

when u r looking at your bottom finder and trying to anchor on your spot you toss out a "jug"/ spot marker, to show where the piece of bottom you want to fish is. or you can use it if you have to chase a fish and don't have an anchor buoy you can toss out a jug...some people toss one out to where you start your drift, then come back and start again...

The flounder ate a greenback.Wish i could have got a pic of the look on there face priceless.At that time a pic was the last thing on my mind.
