Picked up a Diablo Paddlesports Adios from Derick Burgos of Phatfish Kayak Charters.



Storms started as soon as we had it loaded up on the Jeep but I'm hoping to have some pics to post up here soon. Excited to have my first "boat"! :thumbsup:

You can go almost anywhere practically for free, too!
Try and find yourself the BEST seat you can find. Not by price, but for support.
You will be surprised at how long you will stay on the water, if you have the time. And, the time goes by so fast!
Four or five hours seems like one sometimes.

Congrats, Chris. You just may find it will be the "only" boat you need!
I rarely use my flats skiff anymore, and it's just easier to jump on one of Hubbard's boats to go offshore.

Caught three under slot reds and a good sized sheepshead today. So the new-to-me Diablo has been initiated. *lol*

Getting back into the cast a lot and drift a little. Perfect three days of beating the reads and working the flats for the Grand Slams. Fell short in producing Reds but has a ballast in working the other fish. :thumbsup: Slammed out of Grand Slams, but 1 of many Trout, Snook but nothing to match all day long. Edwin tries his utmost in, beating the other side, out on the flats, did his best in catching all that took from his live baits. I, on the other hand, did my best is cleaning out the wells with Kitty :angry-cry: \y Cats! Good day in catching fish, and having fun. The Double Trouble ran until its battery was dead and then it saw us using the paddles to get home. Long day but lots of fun. Really my first day out burning up anything that would bite!

I give my thanks to the Lord, and to my son for putting up with me. After the stroke, I felt down. But now, it is up stream and hell in my strokes.................. :starwars:
