Working on the new site for the past four months (?) has had us spending more time thing about JavaScript then fishing reels, and more time writing code than using our own FishySpot maps. But putting the site together made us focus on incorporating a growing library of online instructional videos -- like this great short (10 minute) film about how to properly catch and release a fish so it lives to breed and -- perhaps -- fight again. The "fight again" thing does happen, we know from personal experience having caught tagged fish. On the other hand, a snook that lives to be 50-inches doesn't do so grabbing every poorly-cast Mirrodine now, does he?
