They have been around for about a year. What is really upsetting is that many of the ramps where they collect this fee are poorly maintained. An example would be Anclote River Park or the ramp in Tampa on the Courtney Campbell Causeway. Neither has a wash down or a fish cleaning table. The docks are run down with most of the cleats broken. What are we paying for?
