What is the difference between fluorocarbon leader material and fluorocarbon fishing line?

Dear Captain"What is the difference between fluorocarbon leader material and fluorocarbon fishing line?"

Fluorocarbon line is made differently. It is made softer, limper and thinner so it will cast well. By doing this they make it much less abrasion resistant. On the other side, fluorocarbon leader is harder, stiffer, thicker and very abrasion resistant. They are treated, coated and manufactured a little differently. The process that each company uses varies also. Ohero fluorocarbon leader is by far the best made. You can purchase it at most tackle shops and if they do not have it, ask them to carry it. If you are an online shopper we have put a few select products here that you can get from Amazon - everybody's shopping mall.
