Which fly patterns are good for reds and trout?

Dear Captain"Which fly patterns are good for reds and trout?"

These are must-haves for that area when fly fishing.

For the redfish I would have a Merkin Crab and any spoon fly in gold.

For trout, I would throw a Lefty Deceiver color being green over white, also for trout a red/yellow Seducer.

Crabbie Fly

A great fly for both redfish and trout is a chartreuse over white Clouser. Thank you for sending in your question to The Online Fisherman. Let us know how you do.
