The United Nations is very busy. According to statistics, there are around 45,000 people working for them, and we're sure that every one of them has something very important and compassionate and meaningful and critical to do every day before they leave work. Having lived in NYC very close to their International Offices I have to say they dressed very well and hung out in the best bars.
That said, the United Nations has said that the time is over for subsidies to anglers - we have to assume only commercial anglers, since the United Nations never gets involved in what people actually do in their lives.
