Hawaiian Poke Recipe

Hawaiian Poke (pronounced pok-ay)Poke is Hawaiian style sashimi.Ingredients: 3/4-1lb Sushi grade tuna (you could use local caught black fin tuna but needs to be quality over quantity)2-3Tbs Soy sauce1Tbs Chili oil1Tbs Sesame oil1Tbs Sesame seeds1 bunch Green onions sliced thinSea salt to taste1) Cut the tuna into 1inch cubes and place in a bowl.2) Slice the green onion and place in bowl with tuna.3) Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, chili oil, sesame seeds, and sea salt. Toss everything together with spoon.4) Enjoy some fine eating!This is without the ogo but if you can find it then add it.
