phil030 1,719 Report post Posted July 16, 2014 Thanks to Mike (Hoogies Hooker) for hookin me up with a couple pounds of fresh yellowfin from his recent trip!! Simple ceviche recipe much like Ron's snapper ceviche recipe, but I used only 4 limes to "cook" the meat then put the chunks in a super hot pan to sear it just a little in a splash of soy and wasabi. It only took about an hour to get the meat how I wanted it in the fridge with the evoo and lime juice and then about one minute hot sear. For the veggies it was 1 red onion, 4 tomatoes, 2 jalape
