Catching Snook in the Fall

We have until December 1st to take home one legal-sized Snook each day we go out, so let's make the most of that time on the water. To help you catch this sought-after gamefish, the staff of The Online Fisherman has built educational Portals for many species of fish. These Portals have numerous sections sub-divided within an easy-to-use menu. Topics range from Seasonal (all 4), to Bait (Natural and Artificial), to Lines and Leaders and more, and all are illustrated with relative images.

The link below will take you to the section on Catching Snook in the Fall, and from there you can easily navigate within the Portal to any of the Topics on Snook that may interest you. We spent many man-hours (and woman hours!) writing this original material and forging it into a library for our visitors. Numerous experts in their fields were involved in the project, from Captains with tons of experience catching this wonderful game animal, to biologists, Web designers and more. We're very happy with the end result and we hope you will be too.

Please visit the Portals for information on the species you are interested in, and know that we have more coming. If you do not see the species you want, please drop a note to the Editor at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We eventually will have every species that our readers want.

You can start enjoying the Portal library by clicking the link below for Snook. If you want to look up another species, simply go to our Homepage, slide your cursor in the gray menu bar at the top to "How to Fish," hover and slide down to the black bar below it and move it left to Saltwater or Freshwater. A drop-down menu will appear and you will see the species selections. They are all designed uniformly, so once you navigate through one you will know how to access all of them.
