In Memory of an Old Lure

Do you have lures you just cannot stop using - even though you cannot buy them anymore? The old Rebel is one of them.

A story about a lure you can't buy anymore? That's exactly what this story is about - a Rebel. Now realize that the Rebel lure the author wrote about in this story from The Albany Herald is not the only lure that has gone out of style but remains in our tackle box. Jitterbugs for example. You can get them but they're not on the front page of the top Bass sites either. I lost the biggest largemouth bass alive on one one twilight.

Rebel Lure

But the rebel. Ahh. The rebel. Read this author's comments about a friend whose gotten too old.
